Responsibilities: - To answer incoming phone calls - Assist in HR-related matters i.e. updating Annual Leave, - Assist in organising Travel itineraries for staff and visitors / guests - Assist in organising Meetings - Assist in Filing - Assist in the running of the office; office supplies inventory, etc Requirement: Minimum SPM PC Literate Able to speak English and Bahasa Malaysia.
